TERMS OF USE

How to use
this website.

What the material here is, what it is not, and the conditions under which it is published.

In short: this site explains indoor cellular coverage in general terms. It is not advice about your building, it comes with no warranty, and feasibility always depends on the specific building, the donor signal, the carriers involved and the requirements that apply.

What this website is

This website is informational and educational. It explains how indoor cellular reception behaves in commercial buildings, which approaches exist, and what has to be checked before coverage work can be planned. Using the site, reading the material or writing to the address published here does not create a professional engagement.

Nothing published here is a site-specific engineering recommendation. It is not a design, a specification or an instruction for a particular building. Any decision about a particular building requires assessment of that building, its donor signal, the carriers in use and the requirements that apply to it.

General guidance, not a site-specific recommendation

The explanations, checklists, diagnostic patterns, worksheets and glossary definitions on this site are general. They describe how coverage problems are usually described, compared and verified. They are written to help a reader ask better questions, not to substitute for an assessment of their own premises.

Descriptions of assessment, design, installation, commissioning or distributed antenna systems explain what such work involves. They are educational and are not a commitment to provide that work, a confirmed service catalogue, or a statement of availability in any location.

Technical statements are conditional by design. Whether any approach is feasible, and what it would achieve, depends on the specific building, the signal available at the site, the carriers concerned and the permissions and requirements that apply.

Accuracy and warranties

The material is offered as-is. Aurora Netcom does not warrant that the content is complete, current, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, and it may change at any time without notice. Terminology, measurement names and industry practice vary between carriers, manufacturers and specifications; where a carrier, manufacturer or specification defines something differently, that definition governs the work in question.

Do not rely on this website alone for a decision that affects a building, a budget or a safety-related system. Verify anything that matters against the parties responsible for it.

Safe use of the guidance

The observation worksheet and the preparation checklists are offline planning aids. Use only ordinary, authorized tasks when gathering observations. Do not enter roofs, plant rooms or restricted spaces, do not open or adjust installed equipment, and do not place emergency calls as a test.

Keep confidential floor plans, security layouts, account credentials and personal information out of anything you record or send. Agree an appropriate sharing route within your own organization before circulating completed notes.

Content and brand

The original text, illustrations, layout and code of this website are the property of Aurora Netcom. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation and internal discussion, with the source identified. Republishing substantial portions, or presenting the material as your own, requires written permission.

The Aurora Netcom name and logo are the company's. They may not be used to imply an association, endorsement, partnership or accreditation that has not been agreed in writing.

Enquiries

The enquiry form on this site prepares a plain-text message in your own email client. You review it and decide whether to send it. Entries are not submitted to or stored by this website, and no automatic delivery or receipt is implied. Writing directly to info@auroranetcom.com is equivalent.

An enquiry, and any reply to it, is a conversation. It does not by itself create an agreement, a quotation or an obligation on either side.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the website changes. The date below records when this page was last published, and the version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.

Questions about these terms

Questions about this page, including any request relating to the use of its content, can be sent to info@auroranetcom.com. A governing-law and jurisdiction statement is intentionally omitted here rather than assumed; it will be added once the company has confirmed the wording it wishes to publish.
